1987 Honda prelude 2.0 SI shutter fairly hard sometimes and seem more so on passagers side on takeoff at stop devices

check the drive belt and make sure no vacuum lines got knocked off especially the one behind the throttle body and put some STP in the gas tank make sure it has at least a half a tank of gas when adding

Its probably your speed sensor mounted on the back side of your transmission on top of the final drive gear. Its the sensor/plug located just under the shift linkage. Make sure its bolted down tight and check for any loose connections.
