I had the right headlight replaced on my 2012 Mazda 6 less than 6 months ago, and it has already gone out. I took it in this morning to have it replaced again. It works, but now my left doesn't. I can't imagine that it's a coincidence that my left bulb went out the same day I had my right replaced for the second time in less than a year. Any idea what could be causing this?
Check this out, seems to be a problem with the car.

YOUR HEAD LIGHT BULBS IS HALOGEN BULBS NOT SUPPOSE TO TOUCH WITH HANDS.BECAUSE OF OILS ON THEM.THAT WILL CAUSE HALOGEN BULBS OVER HEAT AND BLOW.USE CLEAN PAIR CLOTH GLOVES WHEN YOU REPLACE HALOGEN BULBS.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE A KIA ISSUE!!! I've only had my kia a year and 4 months and have had to change both headlights TWICe possibly one side three times!!! AND every time the DEALER changes them NOT me soo its not like I am touching the bulb!!! I can't flipping get to the damn lights or I would change it on my own cause it cost me 35 bucks each time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm FED up with changing these bulbs EVERY several months. Anyone have any suggestions on who we can connect about this....it MUSt be a kia issue!!! There is NO WAY this should be happening!!!

Try checking the fusebox under the engine compartment. You should find fuses for both lights in there. also check your light relays also in the same compartment. You might have a bad relay.
