Your headlight switch is shorting to you blinker switch or vise versa. This effects the interior lights because the dimmer switch is wired with the headlight switch. Both switches will need to be rewired. For a car that's less than 10 years old that is ridiculous. You could try to lodge a complaint with Honda. Most cars don't have issues like that for at least 20 years. So unless you've been driving through the arctic or have 500,000 miles you should not be impressed.

How do you reset oil service light Honda Pilot. From years: 2003, 2004, 2005.
  1. Turn off the engine. Press and hold the SELECT/RESET button in the instrument panel and turn the ignition switch to run (one position before starting).
  2. Hold the button for at least 10 seconds, until the indicator resets.
  3. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

Resetting the Engine Oil Life Display if maintenance service is done by someone other than your dealer, reset the maintenance minder as
follows:
  1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON (II) position.
  2. Press the select/reset knob repeatedly until the engine oil life is displayed.
  3. Press the select/reset knob for about 10 seconds. The engine oil life and the maintenance item code(s) will blink.
  4. Press the select/reset knob for another 5 seconds. The maintenance item code(s) will disappear, and the engine oil life will reset to 100.
All information is taken from the Honda Pilot owners manual.

1: no power, to radio, totally dead in all modes, no dial screen , alive?
is blown fuse. check the fused, read the operators guide in the glove box. its there.
if you lost the radio code (powers up and tells you that)
then that is a horse of diffr. color.

No you dont need to take to the dealer. If you are the registered owner they will give you the pin or if you have a owner manual it should be in the front page area if not the dealer needs to give it to you there should not be a charge
