SOURCE: 2006 dodge ram diesel won't turn over to start

Sir I can help you with this, I have all the service manuals on your truck and will provide anything you need, but this honestly sounds like a bad wire connection or ground on a primary battery cable. I would trace all my battery cables and clean every connection even the engine ground cable and the one at your starter. I will be glad to help you further, I can post step by step trouble shooting guides on your truck if you need them. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: My hyundai is making a rattling noise

that sounds like what we call "spark knock" that occurs when u accellerate quickly, but yes it will go away in a few seconds when the computer detects this condition. with the economy the way it is it will be more expensive, but try running higher octane gasoline in it, should cure this condition. hope that helped you!!

SOURCE: Loud rattling noise while accelerating

First thing i would try...... ISOHEET, Red bottle..... allows water to be mixed into the fuel and be burnt out of the tank.
get a good qaulity fuel injection cleaner, if you can locate the brand MALCO, i found it quite succesful..... and go with a full tank of premium fuel such as ammoco or shell......do not use yellow bottle of heet

SOURCE: 2006 Dodge Gr. Caravan. Loud humming noise upon

Misalignment of the belt, incorrect belt, worn or loose tensioner, Too tight of an adjustment (many service centers do this on purpose so when the belt breaks in it becomes properly adjusted, I do not believe in this philosophy), The belt is actually one long belt called a serpentine belt.....

Dodge 5.7 Durango. Starts then shuts off on restart loud metal sound shut off and engine running ok

Could you please describe the 'loud metal sound' in more detail? Does it happen when at a stop or when moving? Is it a "Clunk"? A 'grinding sound? a 'machine gun' rattle? A 'Squealing' noise? The type of noise can help figure out the problem.

My 1995 Dodge Durango has a squeal at the front of the engine. It only squeals after the engine is at temp and then only at idle. It will quiet down if I drive some distance but if I stop at a light it...

What engine?????? Take the belt off, the tensioner should have full travel and smooth, If its drags, its bad. Ck the pulleys, they shoul dspin easy without any noise, feel them as you turn them with your hand, if they feel rough, replace them. If the PS pulley isnt aligned, it will squeal.

1999 dodge durango is hard to start. Starts with rough idle with some backfire, then idles smooth. after sitting idle for a minute it will act as if wanting to stall on takeoff! Have changed the fuel pump...

FIrst have you tried giving the engine a tune up (ie replaced the spark plugs)

Also you need to check the condition of all the vacumn lines on the engine loss of vacumn can cause poor idling.

2003 Dodge Durango makes a funny noise when the ignition is turned both off and on. Sounds kind of like an annoying hum. Stops after a couple of seconds.

Usually the humming or buzzing noise you hear at start and turning off is the fuel pump being activated or shut down.

Terrible rear end rattle

It's probably the rear sway bar links. If you can jack your car up and check right behind both rear wheels you will be abale to see the sway bar which is connected to short links about 5in long with ball joints.

If either of them are broken or not connected anymore it can cause some pretty loud noises when you ride on rough roads or hit bumps. They run about $35 per link so it's not a very expensive repair.
