SOURCE: heated and cooled seats quit working. won't work on either driver's or passanger's seats. checked the fuses and relays and they are all ok. what's wrong?

Remove fuses 10 and 11 in the underhood junction box. Leave out for 5 minutes then reinstall. If the seats start working your Zephyrs dual climate control seat module will need replaced.

SOURCE: ford f150 driver side power seat mirrors heated seat and 4 wheel drive not working

This is a very common failure, depending on the year of your truck. Check the fuse panel under the hood VERY CLOSELY and make sure there is no corrosion AT ALL, and that each and every fuse/relay is seated nice and tight and in the correct spot. Pay close attention to fuse #23 and the surrounding areas as that is usually part of the problem. Further more, the wiring up to this panel needs to be traced back, and i believe that there's a loom that goes through the firewall and can be exposed/rubbed/chaffed/ in the driver side wheel well, especially if there is aftermarket or bigger wheels installed. finally, any malfunction indicator lights? any fault codes? how long has this been happening? and has it continued to get worse. Please Advise, we are here to help.
Regards,
-Tim

2015 Honda Civic 4-door. The heated seats are not working?

Check the connectors under the seat. Sometimes they can work loose or the contacts can corrode under there. Test the heating element with a multimeter.

2013 F150 F150 FX4 - When I press the drivers heated seat indicator on the display it lights up but starts the seat cooling system. The passenger seat works properly. How do I fix this?

There are a few potential causes for this issue with the driver's heated seat in your 2013 F150 F150 FX4:
  1. Faulty seat control module: The seat control module is responsible for controlling the heating and cooling functions of the seat. If it is faulty, it may cause the seat to function improperly.
  2. Wiring issue: There may be a problem with the wiring that connects the seat control module to the seat heating and cooling elements.
  3. Faulty seat heating and cooling elements: The heating and cooling elements in the seat may be faulty and not functioning properly.
To fix this issue, you will need to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. This may involve checking the wiring, testing the seat control module, and inspecting the seat heating and cooling elements. It is recommended to have a mechanic or dealership technician diagnose and fix the issue, as they will have the necessary tools and expertise to properly troubleshoot and repair the problem.

I have power seats with memory function from a 2012 F150 Supercrew that I want to put in my 2011F150 XLT Supercrew.

Sorry but "it" can't be done. You will either have full functionality ad made to work in truck they came in or no functionality at all. It's the way they are built is why.

2010 Lincoln MKS Heated Seat on driver's side stopped working (Light in button turns off on its' own)

The most common cause of this problem is that the drivers seat heater grid is open or burned out. That is based on 25 years as a Ford dealer technician.

Heated seats in 2007 Lincoln MKX not working. I puch the button to turn them on and they light up for a second then go off. What would be the cause and solution. If it was a major problem would effect...

Help anybody?
I have a 2010 Lincoln MKX with heated and cooled front seats. However, when I try to turn them on (85% of the time) they don't work. Primarily when it's cold the heated seats won't stay on... The light turns on for a fast count of 1-5 and then turns off. This has happened since the car was new and I've had it into the dealer 4 times to have it fixed (with no resolve). In their defense they suggest it's fixed each time because they test the heated seats when the vehicle is warm in the shop. Unfortunately, this is nearly the only time it stays on.
I would love to recommend a suggested fix to the dealer as they don't seem to be able to repair it... Any ideas???
