Could be that your upper and low ball joints are worn out or the control arms bushings are needing replacing

It is your power steering pump. The solution is to replace the P/S fluid resevoir and fill or flush the system.

SOURCE: power driver seat in F150 moves back but not forward

Just picking at you. It would have to be a bad switch. Forward and back are on the same circuit switch just reverses the power and ground to the motor.

SOURCE: Installing front brake pads on my 2006 F150

heck thats easy
first put boards infront and behind rear wheels
2 place jack under truck at front remove some weight from wheels
3 free the front wheel nuts
4 relieve the rest of the presure from front wheels
5 remove wheel nuts and tire from spindle
6 crank wheel out meaning right wheel right turn
7 now you can see the caliper sorta top front
8 loo on the inside of the caliper see the rubber looks likee plugs
they are on sone models they are actualy pluged still
9 get out those alan keys unside the ruber sleve there are 2 alan screws righty tighty lefty loosy right? )
completely unscrew the alan bolts lift the caliper off the mount you might need a pry bar but dont be afraid to pry a bit
once caliper removed theres only 1 thing left break pads
remove old ones 1 at a time replace with same use break lube in the sliders not on the pads clean em out if truck is newer it wont take much heck if you want paint the calipers since there off and hanging free any way
NOW DO NOT BE A MORON RUBBER WILL BREAK DO NOT JUST DROP THE CALIPERS AND LET THEM HANG BY THE HOSES THEY WILL STREACH AND WEAKEN THEM AND THEY WILL FAIL UNDER BREAKING...

USE A COAT HANGER BENT LIKE AND S AND HANG THE CALIPERS OFF THE FRAME OR SPRINGS

SOURCE: rear brakes on 2006 f150 need changing

There should be two bolts that hold the caliper to the axle assembly. Remove these two bolts and slide the caliper off. At this point check the rotors for abnormal wear or grooves. Depending on how many miles you have on them I would replace them regardless. Before you insert the new pads into the caliper I like to use a C clamp and a piece of flatstock to force the pistons back to their original location. If you don't do this you will not be able to fit the caliper over the rotor. Before installing the caliper if you did buy the new rotors use some brake cleaner to remove any of the cosmoline oil that they are shipped with. Remember to chock your front wheels or use jackstands if you have enough. Good luck!

2006 Ford f150 xlt supercrew abs light comes on and off periodically mostly when I'm on rough roads, hit a bump or braking at high speeds brakes pulsate ( brake chatter) or feel Spongy at times

high speed and heavy braking will produce a pulsation in the pedal
that is the abs working properly and the pulsations are the brake release and reapplying
intermittent abs light indicates a wire or wheel sensor problem at one of the wheels

07 f150 supercrew got it new brakes are sponging ever sence it was new at red light brake peadle bleeds down

Your description sounds like you either have a leak or a damaged master cylinder. If you determine the m/c, BENCH bleed it before installing. Auto parts stores sell an inexpensive kit to assist in m/c bleeding.
My bet is failed master cylinder.

Havin troubles removing the rear hub on a F150

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer Maintenance/Service and Repair.
  2. CAUTION: Do not allow the caliper and anchor plate assembly to hang from the brake hose or damage to the hose can occur. Remove the bolts and position the caliper and anchor plate assembly aside.
    • Support the caliper and anchor plate assembly using mechanic's wire.
    • To install, tighten to 200 Nm (148 ft. lbs.) .
  1. Remove the brake disc.
  2. Remove and discard the wheel hub nut.
    • To install, tighten to 400 Nm (296 ft. lbs.) .
  1. Remove the wheel bearing and wheel hub assembly.
  2. If necessary, remove the wheel bearing from the wheel hub.
  3. CAUTION: Do not apply lubricant to the threaded end of the wheel spindle. NOTE: Clean the wheel spindle (including the threaded end) of any dirt or grease using the specified solvent before installing the brake disc. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • To ease installation, lubricate the inner race of the bearing assembly using the specified lubricant.

Need to replace the front wheel bearings on a 2003 Ford F150

I am assuming it is a two wheel drive unit. Remove the wheel. Remove the caliper assembly from the axle and support it so it soes not just hang from the brake line. Pull the dust cap off from the center of the axle end. Remove the cotter key fron the nut. Remove the nut. Gently pull the rotor assembly from the axle spindle. Remove the seal on the inside of the rotor assembly. Lift the inner bearing out of the race. Use a drift pin to remove the race from the hub. Be careful not to score the inside of the hub where the race mounts. Do the same process for the outer bearing. Replace the race and make sure it is fully seated. Grease the new bearings. Replace the inner wheel seal with a new one. Slide the hub back onto the spindle. Place the flat washer on the spindle with the nut and seat the bearings to about 20 pounds torque and back off about 1/8 turn and snug again and replace the kotter key with a new one,. Replace the dust cap back onto the hub and your done.
