Try replacing the control module on the side of the distributor.

SOURCE: 95 Bonneville won't start when hot

Yes I know, but If you hold the accelerator pedal to the floor on a fuel injected car, the Throttle position sensor will tell the computer to enter clear flood mode. Then the computer will shut off the fuel injectors while you have the pedal to the floor. If it is flooded, you should be able to get it started in clear flood.

95 f150 4.9 replaced fuel pump, filter, pressure regulator, vacuum lines, and coolant temp sensor. Cranks, but only starts when I leave the switch on for a few minutes.

First using a pressure gauge, check fuel pressure before starting. Pressure should be between 45-60 psi. Check TPS to be sure it is not sending a flooding signal to computer. If you hold the pedal to the floor, it sends a flood message and shuts off the fuel.

1987 Ford f150 shuts off and wont start until engine is cooled off

To clarify, you said it runs for 20 min then quits, and it won't start again until it cools off. Have you checked for spark at the plugs and fuel pressure right after it quits running ?
These models have an ignition module attached to the side of the distributor that has a history of failing when hot. The coil and the pickup inside the distributor can fail too. Could also be a relay.

My 1995 ford f150 v8 302 will not start

Ford truck was running fine then it just shut's OFF, afterwards did start once stayed on for a couple of minutes then shut off again. A friend thinks it's the computer after checking the car. Note I did pressure wash the engine 2 day's before and didn't use it till now.

My 1991 ford f150 dies after 20 minutes and wont start again for another 20

Could be a bad coil. Sometimes when a 'bad' coil heats up it will fail to work properly. When it fails and shuts the vehicle off, this gives it time to cool back down and resume proper operation. Does it run at normal highway speed during that 20 minutes? If not then it could be a clogged fuel filter. A clogged fuel filter will let the vehicle run at idle but will starve the engine at higher rpm's.

95 f150 will turn over but not start. If it sits

Sounds like fuel pump or fuel pump relay but most likely pump. If the pump get too hot after running, the pump will not build up enough pressure to start but after sitting, it will cool off enough to build up the proper fuel pressure.

Another thing to check is the ignition module for the distributer. They are known to heat soak also however you typiocally get a cut out or miss feel when those have issues.

Fuel pump relay

If this happens every time you start your truck and it shuts off the same each time, you just might have a dirty fuel filter only allowing so much gas pass through until it clogs once again. I once had a chevy van, when I would drive it, would go a few miles and engine would shut down.   I would wait 10 or 15 minutes, it would start up and allow me to drive a few more miles then shut down again.  I changed the fuel filter, It was fine after that.
