I need advice,what do i do after installing a 3zz engine in a 4zz corolla 2006 vvti when it comes to starting? I only fitted the 3zz engine no extras. Thank you.

Sounds like fuel filter to me. Change that and see.

you need to adjust it.. take it to a dealer probly cost you a lil bit 400 bucks.. but its a toyota you defenitely dont need a new engine .. just a lil tuning will do the job.. also check if its the water pump that might be the knocking sound your hearing common sickness for vvti engines..

Check your idle speed control valve situated at the bottom of the throttle body. Sometimes the valve sticks and will make the engine rev high or low at idle and the ECU can't adjust it properly.
