The models ran from 2002 to 2007 as the first generation and 2008 to 2010 as the second generation. So there is a good chance the CD player will fit.
The only thing to watch for is if there was a factory option upgrade to the head unit. This could affect wiring.
As long as the two units look exactly the same and you've got the unlock code you should be able to fit and use it.

Where would I find unlock code ???

The unlock code is there to disable the unit if it is stolen from the vehicle.
If it is a brand new unit the code will be in the paperwork you got with it. A used unit without paperwork will need a bit more effort.
Before you fit the replacement unit make a note of the various numbers on the stickers on the back of the unit. The ‘serial number’ is the one you will need.
You can then either pay the silly price at a dealership for the code or you can use a website to get the code that way. Try a few different websites as some will charge for the service and some wont.
Once you have the code keep it safe because a flat or disconnected battery can lock the unit again.

SOURCE: After Market radio install on a 2001 Passat

Metra makes a preamp harness that you can use if you have the partial Bose system. My A4 had that (where the front speakers were run off of the headunit with speaker-level feed, but the deck put a line level signal to a rear amp to power the speakers). This harness would let you use the aftermarket deck with your factory speakers, if you have the partial Bose system. Best bet is to do a Google search for "Metra 2001 Passat" or something like that and I'm sure it'll show up.

SOURCE: location of the evaporative cannister solenoid? 2003 saturn vue

Depends if the engine is 3.0 or a 2.2?
3.0 purge is on the top, back side of the intake. Black, cylinder. Looks the same on a 2.2, but is located next to the air filter.

Instructions on installing a Panasonic CD player in a 07 pontiac grand prix

Looks like your trying to install a single din size radio in a double din opening. You will need a radio adapter kit that will allow you to complete your installation correctly. Best Buys or Crutchfield would be your best bet for finding the correct kit for your car. They also carry the special connectors that connect to your factory system so no cutting of wires in the factory harness will be nessesary. Hope this helps out.

Cd player in toyota paseo

Very simple. DIN size head units fit without any adapters (assuming your car has the DIN size factory radio with pocket underneath {I have '93 Paseo and this was the setup of mine, though Crutchfield.com shows option of factory stereo with pocket and without [guessing there was a double DIN size option]}). All you need is a wiring harness. I've seen these anywhere from $5 - $20. This will connect to the wires on the harness for your new radio, then instead of cutting any of the factory wiring, you simply plug the factory harness into this new socket.

The trim ring around the radio/climate control/ashtray area is held in with clips. It just pops out (may have to use a thin screw driver to get your fingers under one of the edges to start). Four screws hold the metal frame where the head unit, climate control, and ashtray are. Take those out and pull the metal frame out a bit, then disconnect the wires of the climate control, power lead to lighter, and stereo harness and antenna. Two screws per side hold the stereo in to the metal frame. Take those out, slide out the factory radio and put in your new head unit (You will not use the metal cage or any other mounting brackets the head unit may come with). The holes on the metal frame should line up with mounting holes on the side of your new radio.

Not to endorse one vendor over another, but Crutchfield.com supplies instruction sheets and any needed install accessories free with purchase of new head unit. Their prices are often slightly higher than you can find elsewhere (comparable to retail stores, usually more than online stores), but you get the wiring harness and instruction sheets for your vehicle. At the very least, you can use their site to see what fits your vehicle (Note: Many other stores do this as well.)
