98 F150 XL, VIN# 1FTZF1726WNA85604, FUEL PUMP DRIVER MODUAL LOCATION?

I looked at diagram for 5.4L engine. You don't have fuel pump driver module. The fuel pump, itself, is in the gas tank.

Were is fpdm located on 2002 f150 4.6 motor ?

If your talking about fuel pump driver module, separate from the fuel pump assembly, You don't have one that I can find. Not in the wiring diagram, the fuel pump assembly is called a module. I looked at ford partsbook for fpdm, not in there either. You do have a fuel pump shut-off/inertia switch. Do you want a wiring diagram for fuel pump?
The picture is location of inertia switch. I found the info in your owners manual.

It's probably the FPDM - fuel pump driver module . The fuel pump is controlled by pulse width modulation by a electronic control module .electronic Returnless fuel system . The fuel rail pressure sensor is a input to the PCM - engine computer , when low fuel pressure the PCM sends a command to the FPDM to turn the fuel pump on longer . This part FPDM has known high failure rate on F-150 of your year . Because of location it corrodes an shorts out inside .

1996 f150 will not start

Hi:) If the engine will turn over but not fire up Check to spark module on the side of the distributor and check to make sure it is getting fuel from the fuel pump in the tank and the fuel relay on the drivers front inner fender. If the engine won't turn over check the solenoid and starter. And check for corroded green wire while you are check everything else.
