Your Power Steering pump is were the noise comes from, the system fluid must be flushed until it's clean and the PS Pump replaced, around $300 to fix.

You need a steering wheel puller. You may be able to rent this from your parts house. Disconnect the battery for no less than 1/2 hour before disconnecting the air bag or the air bag could deploy. Place air bag facing up or it could become a projectile if set off.

The problem can be with the horn pad, the horn relay or the horn itself. Find your horn relay, it should be in the engine compartment fuse box. Remove the relay and test for power at the legs. there should be two legs that have power. If there is power there, take the cover off the relay and plug it back in. Squeez the relay points together and see if the horn works. If the horn still does not work, it is probably the horn itself. If it does work it is probably the horn pad, but you don't want to mess with that because of the air bag. Let a pro do it.
All of this is predicated on the fact that you have checked all the fuses.
Hope this helps

SOURCE: steering wheel off centre on ford ka, had tracking
if wheel is offline then the person who done the tracking is responsable and take the car back to them and get them to put it right .the correct way is to adjust each track rod end a little bit not all the adjustment on one track end ,which throws out the wheel alignment .this means that you lose steering lock on one side .THIS IS COWBOY BODGE JOB .If they cant or wont put it right then take it to someone who can and report them to the office of fair trading and make a legal claim for the job to be put right
