Most Santa Fe model from that year had traction control fitted as standard. Check the dashboard centre console. There will be a button marked like the attached image. Different car makers put them in different places. It could be anywhere from next to the gear stick to up high on the centre of the dashboard.

SOURCE: PROGRAM KEYFOB FOR HYUNDAI SANTA FE

This is from the factory service manual of your car:
There is no onboard programming procedure for this vehicle. This vehicle requires special equipment be connected to the vehicle to program the keyless remote. Translation you need the dealer to do this.

What is wrong with 2004 Hyundai santa fe 4wd only front wheels spin hear a noise and see tcs light come on but no change to rear wheels

Sounds like transfer case is not being activated. The vehicle is front wheel drive with an electronic activated transfer case to put power to rear wheels. The traction control (TCS) could also be putting on rear brakes so hard it is not letting them turn but sounds like transfer case not working. Note - If you run these vehicles in air (all wheels off ground) it does not like it and will turn on TCS, stability control, and other things.

My Santa Fe cuts out when driveing then i have trouble restarting, i have had the cam shaft censor replaced, help please.

Why did you replace the Cam Sensor? Was there a DTC P0340 in the ECM (DTC=Diagnostic Trouble Code, ECM=Engine Control Module)? The 2004 Santa Fe came with three different engines (4 cylinder - 2.4 liter, the 2.7 and 3.5 liter V6's). Which one is yours? What is your vehicles' maintenance history? What else have you done to the vehicle to determine the cause?
Are there any DTC's set/stored in the ECM?

Recently had my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe on a rack to check tire problems. Spun the tires up in DRIVE to check roundness. Afterward the ABS and TCS OFF light came on and will not go off. Did running all 4...

the traction control uses a mechanism that if it senses that your tires are spinning it will automatically set your ABS to reduce the spin and give you more traction. you should have had the TCS off before you raised it up bbut i think you should look in your manual for a way to reset it if not you may have to take it to the dealership and have them reset it for you. hopefully you didn't damage the traction control sensor

I just bought my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe. I looked for an owners manual and you know it did not have one My question is the car and all wheel drive or is it does it have a switch somewhere that I have not...

The Santa Fe AWD (All Wheel Drive) is just that. There are no switches, no levers, it is in All Wheel Drive constantly. It is not really classed as a 4/wheel drive as in "all terrain", it is a road vehicle with the ability to handle various road condtions (mine travels through snow pretty darned good) but it is not an off road thing.

Air filter check every month / replace when you can not see daylight though the air filter

Transmission 2 years or 24,000 miles

more frequent if you drive in dusty area or carry heavy load.
