SOURCE: please help me with the timming marks for H100 bakkie 2.4 diesel show me the diagram please

The timing marks are either on the front crank balancer or on the flywheel at the rear of the engine, viewed through a window in the crankcase.....If you are trying to time the injection pump, it should have a flat in the shaft that has to be locked with a 6m/m bolt to hold it in place while installing it at TDC on the crank...Make sure gear is engaged before tightening bolts to avoid breaking the mounting flange....remove the 6m/m holding bolt before running.....Be sure to bleed air at the pump.........

What is the tappert setting on a 1998 Hyunda H100 2.6 diesel bakkie?

The valve clearance specification for a 1998 Hyundai H100 2.6 diesel bakkie is:
Intake valve clearance: 0.25 - 0.35 mm (0.010 - 0.014 in) Exhaust valve clearance: 0.45 - 0.55 mm (0.018 - 0.022 in)
The tappet setting for this engine will depend on the specific valve clearance measurements for each valve. If the valve clearances are found to be outside of the specification, the tappet settings will need to be adjusted accordingly. It is recommended to refer to the manufacturer's service manual for detailed instructions on how to perform the adjustment procedure.

My h100 hyundai bakkie is stuck in reverse gear how do I get it out

There are a few steps you can try to get your Hyundai H100 out of reverse gear:
  1. Shift the transmission into neutral: Try shifting the transmission into neutral by moving the gearshift lever to the neutral position. If the lever is stuck or difficult to move, you may need to apply more force or use a tool to lever it out of place.
  2. Check the linkage: The linkage between the gearshift lever and the transmission can sometimes become disconnected or damaged, causing the transmission to get stuck in one gear. If the linkage is the problem, you may need to have it repaired or replaced.
  3. Check the transmission: If the transmission is the problem, you may need to have it serviced or replaced. This is a more serious issue and should be addressed by a mechanic.
  4. Check the brake system: If the brake system is not functioning properly, it may be preventing the transmission from coming out of reverse gear. Check the brake fluid level and inspect the brake system for any leaks or other issues.
If you are unable to get your Hyundai H100 out of reverse gear using these steps, it is recommended to have it inspected by a mechanic. They will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend the appropriate repairs.
