What makes you think it's a fuse ? Most all lights on newer vehicles are controlled by a computer - a BCM - body control module . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair . Besides , fuse's don't just go bad . They are located on the positive side of electrical circuits to protect from short circuits . If a fuse is blown you have more problems then your going to want . So if you don't know how to test automotive electrical circuits ,viewing wiring diagrams an testing with a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter ,do yourself a favor an take it to a qualified repair shop. if it has a trailer package look at the splitter when you take off the tail light cover might be that plug.

looking at your schematics and , you say tail lights don't work , you didn't mention if front parking lights and license plate lights are working , they all come from the same source , a black /yellow wire , a good clue if front work and rear don't , please advise .if fronts work then you have a open circuit somewhere between junction S118 (near breakout for left headlamp) and rear sockets.

Check your brake light switch at the pedal. This controls the lights and disengages the cruise when stopping. I'd look there before I go anywhere else. There may just be a wire loose. Could be a simple fix.

first check the fuse for the stop light circuit, if it's good, check your bulbs, it's possible they are all burned out! take one of them out, swap in a new one, and see if it lights. If not, get a wiring diagram and start checking for your powers and grounds. Take a look at the stop light switch on the brake pedal. If it's no good, there is a good chance that your cruise control may not work properly either. Good luck.

You should have a fuse panel under you dash inside. This is where the fuses are located for lights. Don't know the exact location, but you can pull each fuse to see if it is bad. This won't hurt anything. It just keeps you from hunting down a diagram of where the fuse is located.
