Try taking the battery negative terminal off. Then turn the ignition key to start position. Now reconnect the negative terminal again. You will hear beeps that resets the immobilser. Now start the car.
If not then it could be the crankshaft sensor which is located outside the engine and flywheel. These are near the timing belts .
If it's a diesel, it could be diesel bug in the fuel, if so you will have to add anti-bug to the fuel tank. If petrol, maybe a blocked fuel filter. When did you last have a service done on the vehicle ?

Have you checked the fuel filter, sounds like it might be starving for fuel.
