If you removed the battery cables to replace the mentioned parts, if the proper steps weren't taken prior to de-de-energizing the system and/or prior to attempting to restart the vehicle, the security system may have initiated an ignition block. Refer to the owners manual and associated auto repair manuals found at most auto parts stores. You will likely need to remove/reset trouble codes received by your Powertrain Control Module (PCM). A good code reader, also found at auto parts stores, will do that for you.
Check all the connections on the devices that you worked on, battery, alternator etc.

If the problem occurs after the car has been driven long enough to reach normal operating temperature, the problem is the starter. If the 'no crank' occurs cold, retest the battery.

I have a 98 Saturn SL1 from time to time it would not start, it wouldn't even try. I knew the battery was good. It turned out to be the cranshaft position sensor.

under the bonnet on the back of the mechanical pump there is a unit held in by 2 bolts
remove this unit and on the end there is a tiny filter
this will need cleaning because when the lift pump brakes down tiny parts of it get sucked up through the pipes and clog the filter
it may be best to feplace the fuel filter aswell
