Sounds like dealer item only i do not know what vehicle or motor or year you are talking about so i am just guessing most car companies do not make their own parts and the people that do sell them for less money. like toyota makes a timing belt kit that includes a water pump and gasket is about $900 however takata makes the parts ans sells the same kit and includes crank bearings for about $400. see if you can find out who makes the sensors for your car and see that they sell them for, google the part number.

I commend you on your tenacity. I guess the code is P0172. So you have metered air due the the MAP and IAT in combination and good engine coolant signal but still too rich and runs rough. It all points to a leaky fuel pressure regulator valve.

MAF sensor principle

Air Mass Meter (AMM)
1.1) MAF - Mass Air Flow sensor

What is it? The mass air flow sensor (MAF) is an electrical device used to monitor the amount of incoming air into the engine.

Where is it located? The MAF is located on the ducting between the airfilter/cleaner and the throttle body. It consists of either a) a large alloy or b) plastic collar next to the aircleaner/filter assembly with an electrical connection to a small unit on top.

How does it work? Early versions were called vane airflow sensors and consisted of a door flap that opened according to the amount of air that was being drawn in. The degree of flap opening rotated a shaft on the end of which was a sweeping contact arm on a carbon track (this is very similar in concept to 'throttle position sensor' internals). The output voltage signal sent to the ECU corresponded to the amount of air entering.
In a more modern MAF (AMM) the device consists of a small coil of hot wire or metal film held in the air stream. This is kept warm by passing electric current through it. Air passing over it has a cooling effect; the amount by which the MAF is cooled is proportionate to 1) the mass of air and 2) the air's temperature.
The MAF works in conjunction with the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor (indicating the temperature ofthe air causing the cooling effect) and is often located with it. The ECU receives an electrical signal from the MAF proportionate to the amount of cooling and a second signal from the IAT proportionateto the measured intake air temperature. Combining these two parameters the ECU is able to calculate the total mass of air entering the engine.

2002 Subaru outback is leaking antifreeze and not heating up.

This is common issue early sign head gaskets failure for EJ251 SOHC engine for external coolant leak. Second gen 96-99 with EJ25D is worst because when head gaskets failed, it's an internal leak that allows coolant and oil mix together in the combustion chamber to destroy engine.
You can drive it for at least 6 months or more as long as you keep top up coolant since the leak should be small at a slower rate leak. I drove mine for a while before change head gaskets. You're looking at `$1000-1200 job a dealership since you might as well change the timing belt, water pump, idlers while engine is pulled to replace head gaskets.

How to replace a camshaft sensor in a 2000 cadillac devile dhs

The camshaft sensor is in the back head on the passenger side. Has an electrical connector. It is held in place with a small bolt with a 10 mm head. nothing special to do after replacing. There is limiter space, so be careful do not drop it. Make sure it goes in straight, you might put a little oil on the o ring to make installation easier.

Oil in the rad water but no water in the oil

I would say that there must be a small track between an oil channel and a water channel in a cylinder head gasket. The oil pressure is normally more than the water pressure, so the fluid transfer is one way - to the water system. The track will be very small, so flow will only occurs when oil pressure is above zero. It's all it can be, I think.

Radiator cooling fan does not turn on on my 1994 saturn sl, car will overheat in city driving fan does work

If you have an A/C turn it on and the fan should run, if it doesn't run at this point you can try to turn it manually with the engine OFF. If it is stiff, there is a good chance the fan is bad. Another way to test it is to take the connector off of the coolant temp sensor and take a small paper clip with ignition in on position, but engine off and jump the two points together. If the fan kicks on at this point it is good and we just proved that the Computer recognized the CTS. If all of this passes the CTS could be bad or the connector that you just tested could be bad. That is a problem with Saturn's. If you decide that you want to replace the CST "do not buy an after market" Buy from Saturn on that part and of course if you replace the connector...that will be the only place you will get that, but the reason you don't buy an aftermarket CST is the computer doesn't recognize it and you will find your fan not coming on again when it gets hot.
