It's two things you can do disconnect the low power steering hose by putting a pan on the bottom once it drains the hose put it back and just drive the car it might be a little hard to steer but you don't have to go that fast And don't worry abot licking the fluid in the road II you can have it towed to your house
Power steering high pressure hose blew , take it to a qualified repair shop.

Just guessing. Could it be a warped brake disk? That would cause vibration. And vibration in steering might conceivably cause splashing out the power steering reservoir. You would know if the disk were warped by a shudder when you brake at hight speeds.

The power steering system is very simple check all of these and you will find it. the pump has a high pressure line and a low/ return line. check for leaks in the line fill-up with fluid with some ne inside turning steering when looking for leaks if none in line check rack and pinnion/gear box. Its just (4) components to check Pump, reservoir, Lines(pressureline/ return line) rack and pinion. Good Luck

Most likely the power steering pump is your problem. It sounds like the shaft inside the pump has broken and it is not pumping fluid. I would install a new pump and see what happens. The other option would be the rack and pinion (steering gear). The power steering pump is the cheaper of the two and usually the problem. I hope this helps you.
