SOURCE: all warning lights on instrument cluster are on,

Either your car is about to blow up, or I would suspect that your car's computer is faulty.
If that's what it is, you should be able to find one at a junkyard for between 35-100
Just make sure you know exactly what kind of engine and accessories(ac, turbos, etc.) so you can get the right kind for your car.

SOURCE: entire instrument cluster in my 97 plymouth voyager not working

To fix the dash going out try this. This is a common problem with the voyager, caravans and Town & Countrys. What the problem is is a cold soder in the interment cluster itself. The problem area is where the plug comes from the van into the cluster. You need to take the circuit board out of the cluster and reheat the soder on the back side of the circuit board were the plug plugs into. This will fix the cold soder permanitly I think its about 16 pins you have to reheat with the soder gun. If you don't feel comfrotable doing that you can just replace the interment cluster and it will be fine but if you buy a used one make sure it was tested. This also may fix the ABS light and the airbag light. Hope this helps I have done several of them.

SOURCE: 2008 Nissan Altima 4 door. No

This is a sign that the speedometer unit which is all electric, has failed internally. Double check all fuses in the fuse blocks to be sure. Has an aftermarket radio been installed recently? If not, look up rebuilt speedometers on line and see if there is someone in your area that can repair your existing unit so you do not have to replace it. Let me know if you need anything else.

2008 dodge caliber dash cluster "no fuse" ???

There is a fuse that the dealer has to install for the ECM. Make sure your ECM fuse is installed and not blown either.

Won't turn over. The instrument cluster won't work

ok iif the instrument cluster does not work.. before i give a solution can you tell me if it have atach and temp gage not a temp gage witha idiot light but a actual temp gage.. because if temp gage and fule gage hands are not in their proper place like if yo uhave a 1/4 tank of gas and it reads way past full and the temp gage is gone out of site way past say 240 degrees then it is your speedo head .. have this trouble the other day on a chevy 2002 cavalier.. replaced the head and wahla the car started. it seems the speedo head is tied in with the computer system on these cars.. and if the tach is not working you need not worry if you cannot find a head with a built in tach.. a normal speedo head with out the tach part will also work.. just when you change the head count the pins on the old one and compare it to the new one if they match then just plug it in and car should start..

Where do i start looking for a solution for the following problem o my 2000 dodge grand caravan se?

If you google ( resolder or solder dodge Caravan dash cluster ) you find pictures etc that will make it easier for you. It's actually a pretty common problem around that year. The solder in the cluster where your harness and wiring connector attach (at back) gets cracked and what your describing starts to happen. It's a matter of removing the dash cluster, remove cluster/circuit board from housing, flip it over and just re-heat/re-puddle the spots where the solder is on back of circuit board where that connector attached. If you want more info, feel free to get back to me, but I expect you'll find a good picture if you google it. Good Luck, let me know how it goes.

No. Not dealer only. Pull instrument cluster and check for good power and ground in the connector. If you find that, locate a speedometer/cluster rebuilder online. Send it off and they'll completely rebuild it. Usually costs around $200. Then just reinstall
