I cannot look up any specifics because you did not mention Year, Model, Engine Size, or what kind of transmission you have.
Hyudai does not publish specific criteria for many of its models anyway.
Drive Cycle General Description
For MOST vehicles a "drive cycle" consists of a COLD START where the ambient air temperature sensor and the engine collant temperature sensor are within 10 or so degrees of one another. (engine temerature very close to outside au=ir temperature).
There must be a couple of minutes of idle time after start up. (usually 2 or 3 minutes)
Then the vehicle must be driven at inner city speeds (stop and go) for about 15or 20 minutes.
Then the vehicle must be driven at steady highway speeds (55 to 65 MPH) for usually about 3 minutes.
There must be a 7 to 10 second closed throttle deceleration from highway speed then return back to highway speed for another 2 minutes or more.
Then decelerate to 0 MPH and idle in drive for 2 minutes.
Turn the car around and repeat the steps on the way back home.
Turn the engine off and Allow the engine to completely cool to ambient air temperature.
Repeat the entire procedure a second time.
At this point, your monitors should be completed or the check engine light will be on.
If the light comes on while driving, abort the drive cycle and scan your engine computer to find out what has failed. You must retrieve any fault codes then properly diagnose and repair the cause of each fault code, then clear the codes and repeat the entire process until all of the OBD monitors are COMPLETE with no check engine light coming on.
