SOURCE: my 1998 caravan lost its head lights, horn, rear

most of the problems you are discribing point to a blown fusible link.they are found about six to twelve inches from the positive terminal on the battery and can be checked by pulling on the caseing of the wire.bad links will be strechy, good ones will feel like normal wire.

Testimonial: "i will try the fusable links, i got a diagram now, but this morning everything started working again ? this makes it harder to find"

SOURCE: All dashboard/ center console lights out.

Test the dash first. Put key in hold down trip reset botton. Turn the key to on but don't start. Release the trip botton. Should turn on all dash lights & check for codes in the odometer. If getting codes reply back.

1996 Dodge Caravan 3.8 V6 ...the turn signal don't work. It used to work on some warm days. Sometimes I had to wiggle a little bit the relay and it works. Now, its just don't do anything. Fuses...

you may have a second flasher unit , one for the emergency flashers and one foe the turn signals, some Caravans do . if yours doesn't happen to be one of them, you have a short in the switch itself, and will need to remove the steering wheel to replace it,, be careful, and follow the instructions for air bag safety when working with anything near the air bag,, remove the neg battery terminal first ,, then the positive,, and wait 10 minutes before doing anything else, this gives the system to discharge . when your done, hook up the battery in the reverse order

No dash board lights

It should be a large black plastic box near the battery--the lid pops off and all parts are function identified on the underside of the lid.

No brake lightd on 1996 dodge caravan

You might have a bad break light switch. It is in the break pedal area. If you probe the wires on the switch one should be battery voltage. If no voltage then the problem is most likely a fuse. I don't know exactly which fuse it is. If you have power at the switch then check the other wire and see if it has battery voltage when you press the break pedal. If you have power when you press the break then there is a problem with the wire going back to the lights or the circuits for the directional sighal/emergency circuits because they are also using these lights. I hope this helps you to at least define the a possible cause.

Fuse box,, relays ?

Disconnect the battery for a minute or two and reconnect it. Sometimes the BCM (body control module) locks up.
