I assume you mean the front or rear power accessory sockets. You will need to check two fuses. 1) Fuse no. 8 (7.5A) in the drivers under dash fuse/relay box. 2) Fuse no. 9 (15A) in the passenger's kick panel fuse/relay box. Both these fuses must be good for the accessory sockets to have power.

If you can't figure it out from the owners manual just call the dealership. Unfortunately, the aftermarket maintenance manuals are not for sale yet.

You must have a dead battery or had the battery disconnected at somepoint. That's OK. All you have to do is pull up on your window switch and hold it. Once the window is all the way up, continue to hold the switch. You will hear a small click from a relay. This sound indicates the window is programmed. You may have to try a coupe of times, but it's that simple! Message again if you have any more questions.

Make sure that your gear shifter is in park, also try turning the steering wheel back and forth while turning the key. Sometimes it gets in a bind and makes it hard to remove the key

I believe this should be undet the hood, inside the secondary under-hood fuse box (the smaller of the two, located on the driver's side).
If I am not mistaken, you are looking for fuse position #5, which is marked as "Premium" and it is rated for 20 Amps.
