Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb/ Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model an engine . Under system click on lighting , then under subsystem click on daytime running lamps . Click the search button then the blue links . Looking at the wiring diagram i see the DRL relay is located in the BJB - this is the fuse / relay box in the engine compartment . To see location under system click on electrical distribution ,then on junction block . picture of fuse box shows location .

Replace($120) or repair D.R.L relay located under front dash above left knee and slightly to the left. Black relay box with green connector Model RZ-0089 made by MITSUBA of Japan.Push small square button in on the connector and remove.Then push black relay box up into dash slipping it off metal slide support not easy but can be done because of tight space.Pry open box with small screwdriver remove circuit board.Cold solder joints are at the base of all the 3 small relays on board ,go over all joints with solder iron reconnect and try before putting back in.
