Find the reason for no spark. The inertia switch doesn't stop the spark. The spark and fuel are related, so check all the fuses including the ones under the hood.

SOURCE: Isuzu Rodeo w/3.1L engine

Front Passenger side on cap is 1 - if you look on the inside of your cap there SHOULD be a pin marked with a 1, and the plugs go CLOCKWISE not counter. Just had the same problem myself with my 91 Rodeo. Cylinders are as follows Passenger side (front to back) 1 - 3 - 5, Driver side (front to back) 2 - 4 - 6. I called the Isuzu dealer and they told me it was counter clockwise, but when I hooked it up that way it backfired through the Carb.

SOURCE: FUEL FILTER

Passenger side of vehicle. Look under vehicle around the rear door area. Inline filter.
Buy the Haynes or Chiltons. Well worth it for the vehicle. Also hondaautomotiveparts(dot)com can get you decent prices on some items. Isuzu Rodeo and Honda Passport are the same car (made by Isuzu). It atleast has a good breakdown of parts with pictures.

Where is the fuel cutoff switch located on my 1997 isuzu rodeo?

Look for the fuel pump switch or inertia switch. This is a small box with a plastic button on top and an electrical connector at the bottom. On some vehicle models, this will be located in the luggage compartment. Look on a side panel for a small, round button which you can pry off with a small screwdriver.

Isuzu SUV cranks but not starting after accident

Assuming there is no visible damage to systems it is probably the fuel pump inertia switch has tripped and needs resetting.

Many vehicles are fitted with a safety switch to cut the power to the pump if there is a collision. Vehicle handbook should provide the location which typically is in the engine compartment, the luggage compartment or behind trim in the passenger footwell, but realistically could be anywhere...

Inertia switch on 04 VW Passat

All these switches I have found are on the passenger side. Either in the trunk or behind the kick panel on the passenger side. Rarely do these go bad.. And they only need reset if you have a front end accident. If you are not getting fuel check the fuses and or the fuel pressure.

Isuzu rodeo fuel cut off switch location

The 1999 Isuzu Rodeo does not come with a fuel Inertia cut off switch. In case of an accident, the oil pressure switch comes into play i.e. if the engine shuts off and starts leaking oil. The oil pressure switch also cuts off the fuel pump power.
