Not to worry friend, when my machine go sick i avoided going to mechanic looking for DIY_Repair when I found this website https://big-manuals.com/ and this book helped me repair it within an hour, all by myself!!!
From wiring diagrams, schematic illustrations, spark plugs info, parts info, c hassis number, valve time settings, step wise instructions, torque specs, error/fault codes, engine info, to every single minute parts, you get everything in there you can't imagine how detailed it is

well a description of the problem would be a big help
does the gear crash when the clutch is pressed in
can the gears be engaged cleanly when the engine is stopped
did you install a single plate clutch or duel plate clutch
if the gears worked properly before removing the box , then the problem will be in the clutch plate fitting ( wrong way round and the hub is hitting on the flywheel bolts or duel plate on clutch bub is incorrect hitting on the other clutch hub)or the gear shifter installation after fitting the box

ur problem seems ignition--inspect distributer cap inside or test coil--worn plugs and cables will also giv a weak spark---cant tell health of electrics from outside--wear is usually internal-----------may want to do a datastream scan of vehicle--it uses factory gear-private shops not dealers do this

check and adjust the shift linkage to allow full gear engagement,

I assume this is a standard tranny. If so, you could have a worn shift fork or a bad shifter. If you can hold the shifter in reverse and everything works OK then replace shifter else, rebuild tranny.

The indent spring may be broken on the selector shaft. If not the gear box will have to be removed and repaired , May be very expensive .

may be you have applied the emergency brakes. or else brakes are stuck. see if you can drive reverse
