SOURCE: cant find transmission dip stick 1999 isuzu tropper

The 4L30E transmission is a "sealed" unit and as such does not have a dipstick. The only way to check your fluid level is to use the "higher" of the two drain holes on the bottom of the pan. You *must* do this while the engine is hot and running, otherwise all the fluid will have drained to the pan and will come out of the top hole all over you. When hot, the fluid should come up to the top hole. Stick a finger in, if you can't feel fluid, use a syphon or hand pump to shoot some up into it. I would strongly suggest dropping the pan and replacing the filter if you have over 100k miles. DO NOT have this trans flushed at a shop as the small galleries are prone to jamming with the gunk the flush will free up, and will cause the trans to fail.

SOURCE: How to change a fuel pump in 94 Isuzu pickup truck 2.3 liters 4cylinder

My friend, most fuel pumps are inside the tank, so there's no way around taking the tank down. You don't have to empty the tank but it would make things easier when putting it back.

Why would my isuzu tropper lose power and stall. It had new batteries alternator and belt

No year, so it is hard to say. Could be the ground wire or the ECU. If you had this job done at a garage, take it back. You could have paid for things you didn't need. Misdiagnosed.

Mk3 tropper wont start

Most likeley cause is the rail oil pressure sensor under the cam cover.
It starts to play up on idle then goes to cutting out then no starting.
Needs to be set with a tech II scanner after changing for best results.

RrAntilock and Brake light

It sounds like your ABS sensor in the rear axle is on it's way out, reading sometimes, and not other times. The sensor is located near the rear differential, and has wires and a plug going to it. If you replace it, it should solve the problem, or just be ok with the light.
Hope this helps
