2003 Lexus 3.OL V6 the engine idle like it have a misfire i pull the connector of the plug on the left bank the engine did idle down but i couldn't get to the one on the right bank to check it, i erase the codes but the code POO31 return when i start the engine up again will the code POO31 cause the engine to run like it have misfire at idle? what all i need to check to fix the problem?
The main problem looks like P0306 which is a missfire on #6 cylinder. P0300 means random misfire so you may have another cylinder misfiring. How old are the plugs?
P0031, P0430 and P2238 all are related to the O2 sensors on bank 1. Which is probably caused by the misfiring of the spark plugs.
I would have the spark plugs changed first. Erase all the codes and then see what happens.

the missfire can be caused faulty leads and spark plugs replace spark plugs and leads reset codes by removing engine fuse for 10 sec road test and check codes if the lean on bank 2 comes back you may have a faulty injector or intake manifold leak try some injector cleaner in the fuel overdose it it wont hurt

A multi misfire may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty spark plug or wires, Faulty coil (pack), Faulty oxygen sensor(s), Faulty fuel injector(s), Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages, Faulty camshaft position sensor, Defective computer.
The engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wire, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the the problems were faulty fuel injectors.
Random misfires that jump around from one cylinder to another (read: P030x codes) also will set a P0300 code. The underlying cause is often a lean fuel condition, which may be due to a vacuum leak in the intake manifold or unmetered air getting past the airflow sensor, or an EGR valve that is stuck open.
Good luck and hope this information helps, keep me posted, be glad to help you get the truck running 100% again. Not sure if your running a K&N air filter, and if you are there may be a flim of oil on the MAF sensor that is making you run lean. You may want to spray down the MAF sensor with a can of MAF cleaner.

TRY REPLACING THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR..HAVE SEEN THESE CAUSE MISFIRES AND LOW VOLTAGE DTCS AS PCM THINKS VEHICLE IS NOT RUNNING..ALTERNATOR MAY NOT BE PUTTING OUT PROPERLY

For p0300 ,p0240 on chevy tahoe 00- 06 check a wire going along with the battery ground to the engine block thre should be a high resistence on the small wire ,it gets corrode over time ,it should be located on underneath of the driver side engine,

Find your air mass flow sensor in the stiff collar of the air ducting immediately after the air filter. Have the engine running and disconnect the plug to the MAF. If this makes the car run evenly again you need to replace the broken MAF. The misfire on plug 4 I think is a downstream event of the MAF not sending the right info to the ECU and consequently not providing the right fuel / air mix to the engine
