things to check...
1.fuses
2.make sure switch on drivers door is on (1/2"square)
3.put key in drivers door and turn/hold over, to unlock,if windows dont go down then relay at fault...
4.if all above fail get back in touch(you dont say what you have tried if anything,makes life difficult.....)

Use synthetic quality engine oil and factory filter and change oil every 12.000 miles.
A 5W30 will work well.

It means they want you to have the engine serviced. Typically it means that there is an engine diagnostic code waiting to be read. You can borrow, rent or buy a code scanner at most auto parts retailers, it depends on the retailer, but Auto Zone often lets you borrow them.
These typically come on when the engine is started while the computer is looking for codes, if the light goes out shortly after starting and stays off while driving, this is normal.. When you turn your Key to On, All Warning on the dash Come On. Some go Off as Soon as the Engine Starts, Some take 8 to 15 Seconds after the Engine Starts to go Off. This is a System Check the ECM & ECU go through Everytime you start the Engine.
This also means your oil needs changed on some models and if you change your oil you will need to reset this. that should be covered in the manual, but to clear it try, Start by depressing the trip reset button on the right side of the instrument cluster, then with your other hand turn the ignition on but not running. The wrench should come up and flash , now reset it by releasing the trip button and pressing the min. button on the left side of the instrument cluster. Cylce the key one more time afterward and verify that the event is reset.

B- if fuse is good, and wiring is fine... replace your horn relay.
