I belive all you have to do is put the key in the ignition and turn it counter clockwise. Hopefully that works for you.

The problem is in the tumbler(s) inside the assembly. Before you do anything, try penetrating oil to see if that works... otherwise, the entire assembly will need to be replaced.
SOURCE: my blower motor stays on after key is off and door is open
hi for the blower motor staying on replace the resistor
check the connector make sure it is not corroded or melted
should have nothing to do with the remote start
this is an after market remote start
then the module could be feeding the blower motor
i have seen the after market modules do some strange things
hope this helps
SOURCE: key fob wont disable alarm on hyundai coupe
One day my Hyundai Coupe 2002 2.0 car alarm would not dis-arm. The remote was flashing but not turning the alarm off. I replaced the batteries and had the remote signal tested, but still the alarm would not dis-arm. There are no switches to flick off, no reset button and there was no way off cutting power to the alarm. The only solution was to take it to a Hyundai dealer ( with alarm siren sounding and lights flashing ) and have them disarm it. It took one guy almost 3 hours to disarm it, and cost me £150 ! I knew the guy at the garage, so that was with discount. The alarm is a joke and should not have been fitted in the first place by Hyundai!

Could be as simple as a blown fuse for the ETACS module, but it sounds more like a problem with the anti theft immobilizer system. Does your car have remote keyless entry? And is the key you are using a factory key or one someone made? (factory key will be encased in bulky black plastic with hyundai logo) The transponder in the key might have worn out and is not talking to the car anymore. Some hyundais use the radio antenna to receive the signal, is there an antenna on the car? Is it hooked up? If it is a problem with the key and immobilizer system, It will unfortunately need towed to a dealer and reprogrammed.
