The fuse box in the 06 ion is under the floor covering on the drivers side seat. Just move the seat all the way to the rear and then starting in the front near the pedals pull up the floor covering which is attached by velcro.

Hello: Instrument panel fuse block- located on the instrument panel (passenger side consel) near the
floor. Remove the panel then the fuse block cover. Engine compartment fuse block: Under the hood on driver side near the battery. You may have to remover cover to access the fuse block. Rear compartment fuse block Located in the trunk. Access the fuse through the trunk panel on the driver side. The inside of the fuse block covers give you the location, size of fuse and purpose. There are fuses for the radio in the fuse panel inside the car. The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the CD stowage box to access the fuses. Fuse number 31, 20 amp, fuse 57, 7.5 amp, radio and cluster (accessory), fuse 62, 7.5 amp, Radio (Start). There is a Subwoofer fuse in the Power Distribution Box, number 11, 30 amp fuse.

On my 97 SL2 it's on the passenger front side near where your left foot would go. You remove the panel as part of the center console and it's behind it

In my 1994 Saturn SL1, there is a grey one under the hood on the driver's side AND one inside the car on the passenger side where the left foot would go

On the passenger side, on the side of the instrument panel, there is another fuse box, the radio fuse is number 10 on mine. The problem is I changed it and the radio still doesn't work.
On a 93 sl2 its in the same fuse box, but is number 19

Under the rear trunk panel next to the battery is the main fuse box, the fuses for audio system are fuse numbers 35 and 36, orange (35) and yellow fuses (36). This info is in the owners manual, if you do not have one you can download a PDF copy free at the Dodge owners site by clicking HERE

Where is the fuse for the windshield wipers on a 1999 Saturn SL?

It is located on the fuse panel on the Passenger side.
Look for the removable panel that is located below the radio/center bezel on the right side (passenger side). It's not part of the center shifter console, but just forward of it. Remove the panel marked "Fuses"! You will find the Wiper Fuse in this panel along with the fuses for the Radio, Accessory Power Plug/Lighter, Power Door Lock & Window Relays, Fuel Pump Relay, Cruise Control fuse, exc......

My 2008 Subaru Tribeca pull a fuse. The navigation & radio, interior lights near the top of the windshield and lights on the temperture control knobs are out and I was told it is the "backup fuse"
