Doesn't sound like a bcm issue. You have not stated your symptoms clearly. Check for power at the headlight socket and trace the wires from there. Could be you have lost the ground connection to the chassis.

SOURCE: 2001 S60 Right Turn Signal Blinks Rapidly compared to Left Signal

Gregg -

I had the same problem. It was a defective lamp socket on the driver's left side, Volvo Part Number 8662985. Costs me $11.24 to replace the lamp socket, which included the bulb. If you've already replaced the bulbs yourself, you will find replacing the socket pretty easy, just use a thin flathead screwdriver to delicately pry off the metal retainer clip which holds the lamp socket in place, as you'll need to reinstall the existing metal retainer clip once you've replaced the lamp socket. Two minute job.

Problems like these are more often the front wire harness that runs across the inside of you bumper and plugs in underneath the battery tray. A lot of shorts are found in these harnesses. Glad you got yours fixed.

Where do i find and how do i replace the turn signal relay switch on a 2006 chevy colorado

ARE YOU SURE THAT YOU USED THE RIGHT BULBS? IF REARS WORK AND FLASH RAPIDLY THE RELAY IS WORKING. A RAPID FLASH IS CAUSED BY A BAD BULB OR WIRING

My 2006 chevy colorado is making a clicking sound and won't turn over

Your Main Battery is Flat, get a jump start if its safe or remove the battery and hook it up to a charger. Maybe you left your lights on, or your alternator isnt charging the battery properly when your driving around. Sometimes this can be the bushes located in the alternator.

Changing bulb for front right turn signal

The procedure for changing the front bulbs is described in the owners manual but it is not easy. It is the same for the headlights, turn signals, and fog lights. First, turn the wheels in (to the left for the right side) and then turn off the vehicle. You will then loosen the screws on the inside plastic wheel well until you can bend it out of the way. You can then reach inside, and the bulbs all come out with a 1/4 twist to the left. Make sure you remove the old gasket ring, and install the new bulb with only one gasket. Screw the wheel well back into position and you are done.

Turn signal doesn't work when headlights on

It sound like you have a grounding problem, does the headlight on the left seem dimmer than the right? Check the ground wires and the light sockets for corrosion.

You didn't list your engine size so please pick the applicable to your motor size:

Removal & Installation 2.8L & 2.9L Engines To Remove:
  1. Lift the vehicle high enough to gain access to the knock sensor (KS) through the left front wheelhouse.
  2. Remove the left front wheel and wheelhouse liner.
Knock sensor (KS) (A), Engine harness (B), Knock sensor (KS) connector (C)

Have a 2005 chevy colorado, i installed a four way harness exactly how the directions say, but when i connect the trailor only the right and left turn signal and taillights work. No break lights.

On the truck, are the turn signals and the brake lights using the same bulb, if the brake lights are using a different bulb the trailer might not work withe the truck if it only has a 4 wire plug, might have to add brake lights to the trailer and use a 5 wire plug, yes this means rewiring the trailer and adding lights
