Before you attempt to adjust the pressure have you flow rated the hydraulic system? If not before you do check or change the suction filter and then do a flow and pressure test to check the integrity of the pump. Most systems don't need an adjustment if pump is working correctly. An indicator may be if it works better cold and gets worse when warmed up this would be a worn pump. Or if it's cold and doesn't seem to do well any time (suction screen first) the pump may be worn too long and no choice but to replace. I am not familiar with a scat track but am familiar with hydraulics, my next questions would be is this is an open center or closed center (ccls) system before I can help further.
