If I remember correctly, they are a light press fit with a "swedge" in the inside to secure it......you may have to epoxy it in place..
This is what I use... its comes in different "setting times" ....you should be able to purchase this at walmart, home depot, Lowes, hardware store...etc..it wil work..

SOURCE: Replacing fuel filler neck on 2000 Crown Vic

Good news, no the tank doesn't have to come down. However, there needs to be less than 3/4 tank. Jack it up and set on a jack stand, remove the wheel, four screws housing to pipe, filler pipe sensing hose from filler pipe, screw retaining the cap, four retaining screws from filler pipe, screw from filler pipe retainer, slide into the tank until it can be rotated and pulled out through the fender. lube the tank grommet with clean oil and reverse the removal for install.

I have a 2002 Chevy blazer and it has a problem filling up the tank. It acts like it is full even when it is empty. What do i do to fix this

the vent tube in the filler neck is either plugged or disconnected, remove the filler neck to check it, lack of ventilation causes the gas to foam in the filler neck and triggers the filling nozzle

    How much will it cost for a mechanic to change oil pan gasket on my 1998 chevy blazer 4wd big v6 engine?

    Gasket = $35 (permatex rubber)
    Labor - my manual says 3 hours.
    You'll have to be responsible for figuring out the labor price per hour depending on where you are located.
    In MI, a garage is about $50/hr, and dealership = $85/hr
    CA might be $95/$150/hr.

    Parts are minimal on the job - its all labor.
    Figure in about $20 for shop supplies... gasket remover, sealant, rags, etc.
