When you turn the AC on, the fan should come on automatically on a hot day to make sure the engine will not overheat. Loud is a relative term - it will normally sound fairly loud and will just sound like a fan. If bearings are worn in the fan motor, you should also hear a high pitched whine and the fan will need replacing.
There's a website that ha s all this information about all this and manuals everything totally free there are many actually but I personally like few .. let me know if u need help

I suggest letting someone that already knows where the oil filter is do your oil change, If you cross thread it , it will not sit right and can create a leak. you could lose the whole motor that way.
if you look on the drivers side of the engine down behind where the top rad hose is connected, its about 4 inches behind the hose toward the windshield. You should find a black plastic looking cap with a nut shape on the top of it. Bingo... thats the oil filter.
Remove the glove box from the instrument panel. Behind it is an access door. Remove the cover and the old filter, put in the new filter. Replace cover and glove box.
