Valve cover bolts are in most cases reusable unless rounded off or striped. If the bolts are m6 89in/lbs should be good m8 105 in/lbs.

Leaking Valve Cover gaskets and CV joints

Try torquing the bolts on the valve covers. This might work but make sure you can access all of them and tighten at the same amount.

Fix the CV joints. They'll dry out and eventually lead to bigger problems.
