I need torque specs for 1999 grand am - Cars & Trucks

The timing chain cover torque specs for a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am with the 3400 engine are 11 Nm (8 lb ft) for the M8 bolts and 25 Nm (18 lb ft) for the M10 bolts.

I need know the torque head Pontiac Grand am se 1999. Machine 2.4

• 15 foot lbs plus 90 degrees.

requires new head bolts. also requires thread sealant to be applied to bolts because they go into coolant passages. The torque spec is 60 n.m (44 lb ft) and then and additional 95 degrees. It suggests using a torque angle meter however its just slightly more than one-quarter turn the sequence is as follows. 5 3 2 8

The Grand prix axle nut torque is 118 ft lbs.
It is the same torque value for the three different engines that came on the Grand Prix that model year.
