I own a saturn vue 2003 V6 and the back power windows will not go down or up with operating from the back. When in the driver's seat you can operate them. It cannot be the motors since they still work... any suggestions? There is only one fuse for the power windows and I thought since all others work (Including sunroof) this would not help. Thanks in advance

2 x oxygen sensors --one after each cat converter
there are also 2 x heated oxygen sensors ( different operation and reporting system) that are before the cat converters or in the exhaust manifolds run the fault codes to find the faulty sensor and it probably isn't either o2 or ho2 sensors
Something is very wrong here. If the shell of the filter housing is loose at the seat the filter WILL LEAK, and getting the filter off is NO PROBLEM. Somebody is BSing somebody here.
BY PASS SWITCH BY RUNNING A FUSED JUMPER WIRE FROM THE BATTERY POSITIVE TERMINAL TO WINDOW MOTOR CONNECTOR, HOT SIDE, AND A NEGATIVE WIRE BACK TO BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL...IF WINDOW OPERATES....IT IS THE SWITCH
get your dealer to replace the seat belt, depending on age, should be under warranty. Belt is defective. I have a g 2003 vue, and my dealer replaced the belt for no charge.
