The inside fuse panel is located on the passenger side center console. The other fuse block is located under the hood on the drivers side.

Hi Ins,
No need to take apart the reservoir just yet. You'll see two pumps attached to the reservoir, one front, one rear.
Just switch the plugs. Then try the rear washer switch, it should spray up front. That will tell you if the pump is bad or not.
The fuses for the wipers and the pumps are under the drivers dash, left kick panel.
