I constantly keep filling transmission fluid and there are no leaks, while my oil fluid keeps rising and causing my engine to cough, I have emptied my oil pan twice which contained over 2 gallons of fluid, at the same time my transmission fluid seems to be empty all the time, is it possible for my transmission fluid to be leaking into my motor oil?
You are putting the transmission fluid into your engine oil. There is no physical connection from the transmission oil to the engine oil. If the transmission leaked it would run out onto the ground, not run into the engine. Add your transmission fluid into the hole where you are checking the transmission fluid level.
You could also check your owner's manual for fill location.
Your radiator needs to be replaced. Chances are you have transmission and oil cooler lines going through them and there are mixing inside the radiator.

Yes its brake fluild coming out of the clutch slave as the slave is the throwout bearing its cheaper to get it with a new clutch kit ( It's included ) and change the clutch claen everything up and have a nice new system if you can afford to change the clutch master too as it's dirty too and the new set of parts are just that (new)

Sounds like its time to either fit a manual gearbox or call the scrapyard ,something is drasticly wrong with your gearbox and at 19 yrs old its time to ask yourself do i repair or buy a newer vehicle
