How do I clear a clogged washer outlet on the hood of my 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid, hopefully without removing the sound baffling from the hood?
Have you tried pole a piece of wire like off a wire brush into the hole? I know it sounds silly, but most times what clogs the outlets is wax when you wax the car.
Testimonial: "Thanks. I stripped the paper from the tie used to close loaves of bread. The exposed wire worked great. Clog was a small piece of what looked like road tar. I didn't have to move the sound batting from the hood. Appreciate your suggestion."

Pump running? You can take it out and see if it will run with 12 volts or you can apply 12 volts directly to the motor if you unplug the wires. If the pump will not run ... no spray. Get a new pump at any full service Auto Parts place. Is it possible you have water in the tank and the motor is currently stuck due to frozen water?

I only checked web sites for a few minutes, but the
6F35 is certainly there and another horror story from Ford
You made a wise choice not buying it
We barely need 4 gears and certainly not 6 speeds
none of which work.
That trans is in other ford junk as well
I have a Lincoln LS, but it is rear drive, and I
once owned a trans shop & I have no issues,
other than the replacement of the solenoid pack
which is common.

Brand new brakes will sometimes do this... they need to be "worn in".
If they are not new brakes, or if it continues, go to a tire store or to your dealership.
