The problem is most likely in the switch. Remove the switch to access the connector. Then make manual connections at the connector using jumper wires. Use the siring diagram to make the proper connections. For your car, putting ground to the grey wire is supposed to be forward. If that works, replace the switch. The guy that posted the first solution...that works...My power seat module went bad , so I used a 12 volt batery charger on the wires to move my power seats.

Tap on the motor while pushing the switch. if this does not work take the motor apart and clean the small brushes that contact the motor shaft 2 total they will have a copper wire attached to them good luck
