Need a shop to find the cause of the code and repair it. Not a fix for an amateur.

SOURCE: Dash board lights!

What fix are you referring to? Well in any event if the fuse is ok, then the dash lights dimmer rheostat that may be the issue. I have seen this many times.

SOURCE: My air condition works, but it's not blowing from dash board vent

If you're sure that A/C works, then all you need to do is to ensure that fuse for vents are still ok. If it is, then I'd suggest to disconnect vent motor located under the dashboard in passengers side, and using multimeter or just a simple no more than 5W lightbulb to check and ensure that current comes to the motor. after this step you'll be sure that motor is ok if there are no current. then the problem will be in control panel. I suggest you to take appart the control panel only if you are confident that you'll manage to put it back together.

I have a 08 Ford escape 4 cylinder the temp guage shoots straight to hot on cold start

Read OBDII codes for direction. P0116, P0117, P0118 codes indicate an engine coolant temperature sensor circuit or sensor performance problem. Further testing is necessary to determine root cause i.e. broken wire or failed sensor.

A simple visual inspection of the coolant temperature sensor and sensor wiring may reveal the problem.

Correct reporting of engine temperature is necessary for the fuel management system to determine proper air/fuel mixture. Your sensor is reporting hot while engine cold which likely effects a lean air/fuel mix causing multiple cylinder misfires.

How do I adjust the CO and fuel/air mixture

the CO and fuel/air mixture is not adjustable on modern cars , only on carburettors . the engine management system will ensure correct fuelling, if there is a fault with this then in most cases an engine management light will illuminate on the dash board

Fuel Emissions light that appears on the dash intermittently.

The fuel emission light operates from several sensor that if one is out of parameters tells the CPU that the air fuel ratio is incorrect and so the light comes on. IT may be a MAP/MAF/VAF sensor or a ambient air temperature sensor that is not reporting correctly. Have the fault codes read and see what has been recorded and work from there. The engine will operate alright but there may be a slight decrease in economy that you would not notice unless you record the fuel consumption manually.

When first started black smoke comes out exhaust pipe,, what could this be

Black smoke is burning oil. Blue smoke is usually transmission fluid due to a leaking modulator valve in the older auto transmission. White smoke is due to water getting in to a cylinder from a bad gasket, cracked block or a cracked head. Black smoke from engines on starting and/or running tends to mean there is fuel leaking into the engine, or the fuel mix is incorrect and not atomised correctly. the main causes are normally a nakered air filter that isnt letting enough clean air into the engine to mix. a blocked fuel filter, which is either not letting enough fuel in, or in some cases, a faulty fuel filter which is letting too much fuel into the engine, and causing black smoke due to excess burning. Black smoke is a fuel/air mixture suggestion problems with injection or carbonation. Cause of black smoke is due to running rich in the fuel air mix. Check the oil,the oil leak, the air filter, the fuel pump and fuel filter to confirm the fault.

Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation

1999 C70 T5 misfires for a minute on cold start, but is ok when warmed up. Is this a common temp sensor problems or a air/fuel mix? Possibly MAF meter?

It could be, but any of those would set a fault code and eventually turn the check engine light on. You may want to test for a blown head gasket. Coolant will seep into one or more cylinders and foul the plug until the engine warms up and clears the plug.

Some of the warning lights stay on.

so all the lights that come on when you first turn the key on stay on? maybe your alternator is not working properly? or not connecting to your dash panel correctly? or maybe the engine management system has a fault in it? more likely to be a dodgy connection to your dash board.
