Make sure the 3 prongs (2 silver & 1 gold) line up to connect properly when you put it back in. I had to pullout the gold outside of where the bulb sits and slightly pull out the 3 in the actual lens to get a good connection. ***This is what makes the turn signal wireless... They have to be aligned and have contact****

SOURCE: 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

The tiburon turn signals are controlled by a bcm (body control module) The bcm controls the ground to the signals. These always go bad and cause the signal to stick on or just not work. hope i was a help.

SOURCE: 98 Hyundai Elantra turn signal and hazards only work sometimes.

You need to replace the fuse - have a look at the manual and see which fuse it is buy a new one put it in and it should be fine - the on off thing is where the fuse wire touches and then moves again.

You have two separate fuses. Fuse #1 provides power to turn signals. Fuse #4 provides power to the hazard lamp circuit.

SOURCE: Where are the fuses and relay switch for the blinkers and Hazard lights on a 2000 Hyundai Elantra w/ manual transmission?

have you tried to see if a fuse has blown? most of the fuse boxes are in side driver side under the dash.they are usually visable you may need a flashlight.usually they are marked what they go to.

2010 Hyundai Elantra. Hazards work fine but no turn signals .. nothing happening inside on the dash or the outside. Put in a new LH tail light & fuse & it didn't fix it. Flasher relay problem?

Sounds like a faulty turn signal switch. If you checked all the fuses, and I would have even replaced them just to be sure. I had one years ago that looked good, but it was defective. If you need a new switch, check rocksuto.com
I find that they usually have the cheapest prices.

Turn signals and hazards stopped working on 2000 hyundai elantra

If the hazard switch had been removed and replaced for any reason, it may not have been connected properly.ie: a loose connector, If you say that bulbs (and fuse?) are okay, this could be checked.

P.S.: I love my Elantra. When I bought it more than eleven years ago, it was love at first drive. It's been that way ever since.

Asked this on 12/20 no response so asking again. 95 Hyundai elantra. Turn switch works part time. Put another used switch in but still same issue. When it's out nothing works, no turn, no hazard, no...

Hi,
My 1999 Elantra has a similar problem with the turn signal, I checked the switch itself and it worked fine, eventually I found out that it was the hazard switch that is faulty, to test it try and turn your car on, activate turn signal and press down on the top of the hazard switch or just fiddle with it. Just a thought, worked with mine. Good luck.

Hazard lights wont come when you push hazard button turn signals will not work push it again and they work

it sounds like the relay has gone for your hazard lights, when you press the button to turn them on, it will disconect the power to the main indicators hence wont work when hazards pused in, try locating either the hazard flasher unit, or the relay , have you checked the fuses?
