The ignition switch is a recall. I had mine first replaced in 2002 when the recall first came out. Then when it went out again in April, 2009, the Honda dealer replaced it again free of charge.

It's really simply. First you have to dismount steering wheel housing. Now go beyond ignition switch and unscrew two bolts. You will see how the wires go to the fuse box located on the left side panel. You will have to break two wires' mounting staps. In emergency, if you have not much time, you can drive only plugging in new ignition wire into fuse box, and turnig it with key or screwdriver but do not forget to put and turn your key to ignition housing to avoid steering wheel to block. Sorry if my English is not smooth, I am from Poland, I had the same problem. The ignition switch was a subject of honda recall and is faulty as I discovered it later.

How to start my 2000 Honda odyssey without a key

You can't . The ignition switch does more than just start the engine. The key code can usually be read from the diagnostic connector.

I change my ignition switch in my honda oddysey 2005 and how can i program my key with ignition switch because not turn on my car

Your Odyssey has the "Immobilizer" system, that is intended to prevent someone who doesn't have your key to start your car. This system works by having a transmitter imbedded in your key and a receiver located as part of the ignition switch. The receiver picks up the signal transmitted from your key and sends it to the car's central computer. The computer is programmed to reject any signal from a key other than the one that came with your van. You have two choices: 1. Get your Odyssey to the dealer to reprogram the computer. 2. You can usually place your original key very near the key that came with the new ignition switch. This allows the receiver in the ignition switch to pick up the signal from your van's original key transmitter and send this signal to the computer. It is easy to try it.

My Odyssey 1995 problem is now; after turning Ignition Switch to 'off' Day lights stay on, heater fan still work, electric mirrors and doors lock are both powered. Sometimes, radiator fan turn. This...

It sounds like you're have a ignition harness(switch) problem. The igniton harness(switch) on this odyssey are known to go bad. The spring in the ignition harness(switch) sometime worn out or doesn't lock into the right position. I'll start by replace this first.

1999 Honda Odyssey loses power and shuts of while driving.

Your ignition switch is likely overheated or worn out. I repaired mine by just changing out the electrical connector portion of the switch.

On a 1995 honda odyssey there 's a green connector on pass side kick panel that is obd 1 now witch wires do i jump for codes ?

On 95–98 models, to access DTC memory using the MIL, the SCS 2 pin connector is located under the righthand side of the instrument panel. Place ignition switch in the On position to begin MIL flash code diagnosis.
Simply connect the two pins (a paper clip is most often used to do this) before you turn the switch on, then turn the switch to the ON position and your MIL will flash the codes.

This URL lists the codes for OBD I:
http://www.troublecodes.net/honda/hondadtc.shtml

SOME 95 vehicles had the SCS on the left hand side of the Glove compartment, under the dash. Usually the connector was blue. See pic, although I don't think this applies to your vehicle.

check your wiring for dirty connections or broken wires, you may have wires that are rubbed through or connectors that are not making full contact. you will need an ohm meter and check wires for continuity. a wiring diagram will be needed.
