Use a eyeglass flat screww driver to pry the clock assembly up and out , disconnect the clock assembly and remove the bulb by twisting the the blue or sometimes grey round plastic bulb bottom to remove it from the assembly. install new bulb , twist clockwise to lock in place , reinstall assembly

The Honda OE part number of the Clock Light Bulbhttp://i.fixya.net2_bing.gif/Lamp replacement is # 35505-S84-N01. The part cost me $3.25 from a local Honda Dealer. A good site with instructions on how to replace the burnt out bulb is http://automotive.trevorated.com/
This part number may work for most G6 / 6th Generation Honda Accords, though I do know it works for my 1999 Honda Accord 4-speed automatic.

How to change light in clock on 2002 honda accord

The clock slides out by carefully prying with a fine screw driver. Take care not to scratch the dashboard fascia. It has a mini light bulb in the back, which can be taken out by rotating it with a small scredriver. it looks like a small plastic disc with ridges on it. Take it to the dealer / parts shop so they can see the proper color. Accord dashboards came with 3 different color plastic covers on the bulbs, in order to match the rest of the dashboard and radio. No need to disconnect the 2 electrical plugs that attach to the clock.

How do I replace dashboard heater light? The glowing lights that indicate direction of air flow.

Heater light bulb, and all other bulbs for the air conditioning buttons, are on the same mini panel, and attached to the back of the radio front fascia. To dismount this fascia, you need 1) To pry out (no screws) the clock 2) Unscrew the one screw that holds the top of the fascia (screw is hidden behind clock) 3) Unscrew the two screws at the bottom of the fascia 4) Disconnect all connectors from the back of the fascia 5) Look for the burnt minibulb.
You could replace the bulb without disconnecting, but the cables are short, and the possibilities of marring your dashboard are high.

Change dashboard light bulb in 2002 Honda Accord EX V6

you will need fill up screw driver and a flat head remove the 2 screws that hole the BLK panel . then you use your flat head gently push up and out on the lower left and right coroners . be very carefull make sure you got time no rush. NOTE : make sure you go pick up the LIGHTS I USED sylvania lights part #74 LL YOU WILL NEED 14 OF THEM COST 4.99 FOR A SET OF 2 AND IF YOU HAVE AUTOMATIC CAR YOU WILL NEED CALL A HONDA DEALERSHIP AND FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE THE ONES THAT LIGHT UP WHEN YOU CHANGE GEARS.
  • after you got the BLK panel off you will see 2 gold screw do not take them off.
  • remove 4 BLK screw , two of them will be next to the gold screw . the other will be right on the top
  • after you got the screws off
  • stat pulling out the dashboard out slowly ..
  • after you see that the dashboard dosen't want to come out you should be able to see these 3 green wire connection one on the left , right and one in the middle
  • I use a long flat screw driver to push the small clip in the middle then at the same time push up.
  • one you took off all 3 you can pull it out .(CAREFULLY)
  • TWIST OFF THE SMALL BLK ONES OFF VERY EASY YOU CAN BUY AT ANY AUTO STORE . BUT FOR THE ONE THAT LIGHT UP WHEN YOU CHANGE GEARS IF YOU AUTOMATIC YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THEM FORM THE HONDA DEALERSHIP FOR THE WHT ONES I STILL don't know how to take them off . am going to see if honda can give me a hand .
  • just to let you now am also changing the clock light and the Cruise control/TCS button light also
  • O I for got change all the lights in the dashboard cause it is a b***h to take it off.
  • hopefully this helps
