There is a fuse for the blower motor relay. It is located in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment under the hood. Below is a picture of its location. the fuse you are looking for is in the number 13 position (see layout diagram below) and should be a 50 amp fuse. If that is not blown you may want to check the relay itself which is in the same fuse panel located in the "H" position. Power goes directly from the relay to the blower motor but am unsure of a fuse link from the realy to the blower motor so if neither one is bad you may be looking at a wiring problem or in the A/C switch otself. This should be in your owner manual if you have one. Go to the parts store and get a good quality antifreeze like Peak. Do not get the premix. For most areas the recomended mixtuer is 50/50 antifreeze to water.
