95 pathfinder running issues

Just a guess,but maybe the coolant temp sensor.

It can be low fuel pressure issue or clogged fuel pump. Or its engine related issues,---------------

What codes do you have?

You have a service engine lamp on
Have to start there

Also the turning thing, tells you something,maybe

The idling won't do a thing

The EVAP System may not run a monitor for days
& you have to drive under certain conditions for it to run

fuel pump or pump regulator cud be failin--distributer cap may be corroded--do a scan for bad codes--clean throttle body and idle control motor--get a haynes manual

i had the same problem with a little more symptoms, that you have reported.
i found that there was a recall on he fuel line. the stainless steal line wares down and begins to leak. This issue affects the oil pressure and causes the car to stall.

I had same problem a couple years ago with 95 sl2, i had new wires and plugs instaled and they replaced the valves also. car works great since then...

Check all grounds running from all electrical, If there is not a good contact this problem will occur, when you locate the ground surface take sandpaper or even a knife and scrape or sand the connector and the ground surface then reconnect it, It should return to normal if not then it could be a solenoid possibly but not sure

my 96 rodeo does alot of the clicking B/S.. for about 3years though and the clicking has never interfered with anything but my own nerves. a friend of mine has the same make and model, and his does the same clicking thing, and also runs good. Most the Rodeos/Passports/pathfinders around the same year i see Also make the same clicking noise.. My guess is the clicking might not be related to your starting issue... Good Luck :)

You may try replacing the battery and the battery cables cause they may possibly be fryed from the cross-over and if that doesn't work you might have to replace the fuse box and the fuses running into them
