Po463 is the fuel level sensor. the oxygen sensors are the ones that send a signal to the computor to adjust the rich/lean fuel mixture. Have them checked.

A serious fault has occurred in the engine or transmission and the powertrain control module has reduced power to prevent any further damage to the drivetrain, I know that the check engine light is on as well. What you must do now is have the fault codes read with a OBD2 system code reader, once you have these fault codes you perform the needed diagnostics and repair the problem, There are no quick fixes.

Lack of HO2S-11 Switch, Sensor Indicates Rich A HEGO sensor indicating rich at the end of a test is trying to correct for an over-lean condition. The test fails when the fuel control system no longer detects switching for a calibrated amount of time. I would change both of the upstream (before the catalytic converter) O2 sensors (cylinder bank 0ne and two). 9 times out of ten this is the right guess to fix this code.
The high idle could be causing the noise - or it could have a vac leak. I would check the computer for trouble codes first. Could have a faulty O2 sensor or map sensor - depending on that possible vac leak.
2188 rich at idle,Ive seen the injector creat this fault by not having the ability to atomize fuel properly are you willy to put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the fuel tank. This vehicle is equipt with a air ratio when it fails system goes lean, try this first but dont wait too long rich condition can destroy the catalytic convertor
If the engine is burning too much fuel at idle(rich mixture at idle), the ECM should show a trouble code. If possible, have someone scan your engine computer for codes. The codes should indicate what is causing the rich idle condition, such as a bad O2 Sensor, or multiple cylinder misfires. If you can't scan the engine, or the scan does not produce any codes, the only thing I could suggest that would help the condition is a fresh air filter and new spark plugs.
Try a scan, you may have bad o2 sensors which can make it run rich.
Another problem could be a fuel injector that is leaking. You have to remove the plugs one at a time an look at the ignitor see if there is fuel on it to know which injector is leaking.
There can also be problems with idle air controls or even the main computer, but start with the scan. Most Advance and Autozones will do it for free.
Is your "check engine" or "service engine soon" light on? Lacking power is usually an emission system problem, for instance possibly a bad EGR valve or mass air flow senser. O2 sensers are common to fault but normally doesn't cause power loss usually causes alittle rough idle. Could even be a pluged catalic converter to. have the truck plugged into a scanner, that will tell you the trouble codes and fault info.
