My 98 blazer 4x4 has really stiff wheel rotation.

I jacked it up and spun wheels. It almost takes two hands to spin wheels on both front wheels. If I grab the tire on left & right has a lot of play. Is this my wheel bearings? Or could it be a Transfer case or 4x4 issue? BTW it does go in and out of 4 wheel drive properly. Thank you

Sounds like the front axle electric actuator is bad. these are mounted on the front differential housing. they are known to go bad.

SOURCE: 99 Silverado 4-wheel drive not engaging

It does not seem that sufficient diagnosis was done. No, you cant give a specific diagnosis like that without tearing unit down. It's likely that they told you the most common failure and left it at that. Likely there is a problem with your unit...I think this becomes more of a trust issue than a mechanical one. A second opinion from an independent reputable shop may help but either way, you need to have it fixed. In not using it much, it makes me wonder how it got worn.

SOURCE: Vibration and noise from front end while driving

Jack up the front end and put stands under it and block rear wheels. Look at axle boots and see if they are cracked. Try turning wheel back and forth sharply and see if you can hear any clicking. Problem could be outer axle joints. If the boots are cracked or you hear a clicking noise you will have to replace the axle. The axle and boot come as a complete unit. Please let me know what you find out.

SOURCE: noise coming from transfer case when in 4 wheel

You need to check the fluid level to make sure its full,
Then if you could get access to a hoist so you can pin point your noise.

2003 dodge ram 2500 rear end noise when driving. not when stopped with wheels jacked up and spun by hand

Could be what I think you already suspected - wheel/axle bearing. It may not reveal itself when jacked up and spun by hand because a) there is no load on the bearing or b) you can't get enough rpm by spinning it by hand. Having had a bearing go out while driving, trust me, you don't want that!! You may be left with taking it apart and inspecting the parts. You could try draining the differential and inspecting the oil for metal parts. Good luck.

196 Tacoma wheel feels like it is locked up

Pull the hand brake. Block the rear wheels and transmission in neutral. Jack up the front wheels, first rotate the right wheel and if it slightly resists, its normal.Similarly check the left wheel also. If any one of the front wheels is hard to rotate, remove the Tyre and service the caliper assembly by greasing the pins with graphite grease. Also check the piston of the caliper assembly if it is not stiff. If so, free it up or replace the caliper kit with a genuine one on both sides. Always service both the front and rear brake system simultaneously.
If both the front wheels are jammed, the probable cause is the brake master cylinder assembly which need to be replaced with a new one.
If both of the front wheels are found to be normal, lower the front wheels and lift up the rear wheels. If any of the rear wheels are found to be partially of fully jammed, readjust the rear brake system or hand brake cable.

I have a 98' Chevy 4x4 blazer. When exccelerating

Check condition of tyres.
Also jack the vehicle up and spin each wheel, listening for a wheel bearing noise.
Another possibility might be either the differential or any drive shaft couplings.

At around 25 0r 30 mph my truck starts shaking really bad. almost like my tires are turning in and out. what could cause this?

Check to see if you do not hava a buckled wheel or a badly loose wheel bearing. Jack up the front wheels and spin and shake them. There should not be any play or wheels running out of true.
Have the whole front suspension checked out, it could be any one or a number of things contributing to the shaking.

ABS brake light is lit. I replaced front rotors, callipers and cleaned dirt off on the rotation sensors.. I don't have rotation sensors on the rear drums either.

No there is one on each side in front and one inside the tailstock of the transmission' They can be checked by disconnecting the connecter jack the wheel of the ground and spin the wheel with a multimeter hooked to the sensor it should generate a small voltage the faster the wheel is rotated the more voltage there should up to 5 volts

Noise in front end 2002 zr2 blazer

Two things maybe your problem:1 .Front axle actuator to engage 4wd is not releasing. 2. Front axle u-joint needs replacing. Lift car on jacks with front end off ground. Then spin tires by hand as fast as you can and see if you hear the noise and where it is coming from ( spin in both directions).
