Itu kemungkinan di sebabkan tersirat, pada mesin anda sudah rusak, dan terjadi penyumbatan pada rongga - rongga saluran air pada mesin anda , sebaiknya air mesin di buang dahulu, masukan kembali air bersih, untuk membuang kotoran yang menyumbat, jika sudah bersih barulah anda masukkan air radiator yang baru dengan campuran water coolant..

If there is no obvious external coolant leak, the coolant is being burned in the engine and going out the exhaust pipe.

Your overflow hose is at the first tier after the seal on the radiator cap. The first thing I would check is the cap gasket, then make sure the cap is completely installed, push down hard and turn until it locks into position. If your water pump was bad, you would either be leaking water from the pump, or your car would be running hot. Usually, when you have steam/water coming out the overflow, if it is not a problem with the cap, then you are indeed running hot. If the thermostat is not opening or is stuck in the closed positiion, it will not cause your radiator to overflow, however if it is sticking closed and allowing your car to overheat then opening at a higher pressure, it could happen. Check the components in this order, gasket, cap installation, then thermostat, (you can replace the thermostat for about 10 dollars. Good luck

Well you will have to find the leak. You could luck out and it be a hose. But you have freeze plugs in the side of the engine also. 3 of them per side. If the plug/s are leaking , knock them out with a hammer and chisel/ screwdriver. If they fall into the engine pull them out with a pair of needle nose pliers. Tap them back in with a socket on an extension. This is not the funnest job to do. but not impossible.

I had the same problem, new water pump install, still loosing coolant, bottom line it's the plastic water pump piece for one of the hoses snapped of, buy new water pump housing
